A good real estate experience hinges on an agent having a gift for matching buyers and sellers in such a way that satisfies everyone involved. This kind of positive result demands more than a salesman going through the motions. It requires someone with a uniquely creative way of thinking, someone with a sincere passion for the grace and beauty of the local region, and the respect and understanding for how a well chosen piece of property can improve the quality of an individual's life. Mark Hendry is committed to using his vast skills to help bring buyers and sellers together in this synergetic manner.
Mark brings years of experience to Century 21 that includes creative marketing, business & property management, and building construction & design experience. He was proprietor of FLEX Inc. for 20 years, a business that encompassed preschools, dance studios and retail outlets that developed into the largest enterprise of its kind on Florida’s West Coast. Having attended Eckerd College to study business management and psychology, his success is attributed to creative thinking and a natural understanding of people. His skill with finance and marketing, combined with a wealth of connections made through years of interaction with the public, provide a foundation for his successful real estate transactions.
After selling his business, Mark purchased a 50 acre horse farm in Blue Ridge, the perfect setting for a dream log home he designed and built himself; featured in Country’s Best Log Homes Magazine. With a strong interest in regional mountain art he studied woodturning, rustic furniture design and Appalachian craftsmanship, which developed into Mountain Heritage Crafters, a company that produces rustic design elements for log cabin homes. With a deep appreciation for the regional history and artistic ambiance of the Blue Ridge Mountain area, Mark is proud to combine his business experience with his innate appreciation for regional property to represent the buyers and sellers of Fannin County.
